Work hours are 8:
30 - 5:
30, Monday through Friday.

Looking for applicants with high energy, organizational skills, and enthusiasm for customer service.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the organization - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Transcribe and distribute messages accurately - Assist with event planning and coordination - Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Skills:
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to transcribe messages accurately - Experience in event planning is a plus - Proficient in administrative tasks and office procedures - Familiarity with medical office operations is a bonus - Strong file management skills - Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite - Customer support experience is preferred Please note that this is not a remote position.
The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at our office location.
