Our highly experienced BCBAs and therapists work closely with each child and family to design a comprehensive treatment program.

We are currently seeking BCBAs/LBA to join our team who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for children diagnosed with ASD.
Salary $90,000 - $100,000 Sign-on Bonus $5,000 Depending on experience and qualifications Benefits Health and Dental insurance, 401K, Flexible schedule, Paid time off, Relocation assistance Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oklahoma City OK, for a Center Director BCBA.
The Center Director BCBA will oversee the clinical and administrative operations of our center, managing a team of BCBAs, therapists, and administrative staff.
Responsibilities Conduct individualized behavioral analysis assessments Supervise in-progress ABA services Prepare, supervise, organize, and evaluate assigned staff efforts to achieve the objectives of the client's IEP/IFSP Train/coach Behavior Technicians Provide supervision to all assigned Behavior Technicians/RBTs Provide direct services to the clients and their families, when necessary Assess client progress through collected data Issue annual reports regarding program effectiveness Maintain healthy work life balance Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Current BCBA certification and active licensure in the state of Oklahoma A minimum of 2 years of experience working in ABA therapy with a focus on autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of clinicians and administrative staff Strong knowledge of ABA treatment and assessment methods, as well as ethical and legal compliance standards Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and team building Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively about solutions to complex challenges Experience with budget management, project management, and stakeholder relationship management Job Types:
